Finishes;
Materials;
Configurations; or
Other customer-selected specifications.

Once a custom or made-to-order product enters production, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible. Payments or deposits associated with custom or made-to-order products may become non-refundable once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or when the order cannot be fulfilled because of an error on our part. Custom and made-to-order products are also subject to the applicable provisions of our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Natural Material Variations

Products made using natural materials may contain variations in appearance. Materials such as wood, stone, leather, and textiles may naturally vary in:

Grain;
Texture;
Shade;
Color;
Pattern; and
Finish.

These variations are inherent characteristics of natural materials and craftsmanship and are not necessarily defects or errors. A product may therefore differ slightly from photographs, samples, or previously purchased items.

Standard in-stock orders may generally be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting customer support. However, cancellation is not guaranteed if an order has already entered processing, fulfillment, shipment, or custom production.

Once a custom or made-to-order product has entered production, cancellation or modification may no longer be available. If an order cannot be canceled, the applicable provisions of our Return and Refund Policy will apply.
